Thursday 7 June
– set up race site
Friday 8 June
– set up on water infastructure
– race ski scrutineering from mid morning until early afternoon
– safety briefing and track practice in the afternoon.
– no refuelling on site for race skis.
– There will be a rider briefing and questions on Friday evening at Warners at the Bay (function room) in the early evening.
Saturday 9 June
– Safety briefing for all riders
– moto 1 & 2 of the endurance classes
– moto’s for circuit racing (all classes will have moto’s)
Sunday 10 June
– Safety briefing for all riders
– moto 3 of the endurance classes
– moto’s for circuit racing (all classes will have moto’s)
– remove all on-water race infrastructure
– presentation will be in the evening at Warners at the Bay (function room)
Monday 11 June
– pack up race site
Other key items
– In the endurance race the 1100 runabout class will be run separately from the other runabout classes.
– Juniors will only race with other juniors and never be on the track with seniors (at any time, including practice).
– there will be log jumps (2 or 3) for ski riders (except juniors), which are compulsory unless the obstacle is closed due to safety issues (rider down).
– there will a couple of food sales vans onsite
The briefing and presentations will be held at Warners at the Bay. It is a multi function venue (pub, restaurant, kids area, function centre) only minutes from the race site with lots of parking near by.
